what exactly is this?
This is for fast-action takers. It’s a facilitated gathering of small business owners who sell products or services in the range of 2-5k. It’s a place to learn, from me and the other women in the room, what is working NOW to make the sale. We will share what’s working for us, gain clarity on what we want in 2024, create a strategic plan and take fast action.

Structure
Six live sessions over Zoom. Each session will be 60 minutes. We meet each Tuesday at noon EST. Your participation is essential. There will be recordings, but we do need you to show up.
Session Outline
Session 1: In this first session, we’ll introduce ourselves and I’ll share the data that I’ve collected over the last couple of years detailing exactly what is working in my business. I’ll share what marketing efforts are working to attract my most beloved clients and retreat guests.
Session 2: Now it’s your turn. In this session, I’m asking you to share where your sales have come from in the recent past. If you don’t know, you’ll need to find out! This activity will force you to think about what is working for you.
Session 3: What is your simple offer that will help you reach your profit goal in 2024? I’ll share mine and you’ll share yours.
Session 4: Looking at where sales came from last year and hearing from your colleagues, I’ll ask you to create a tight marketing plan.
Session 5: It’s time to create a simple low hanging launch plan. Let’s map it out and start selling ASAP.
Session 6: After a one month break, let’s come back together. What’s working? What are your next steps?
